Yes. We ship tyres nationwide. Just share your delivery address when you order and we'll arrange it.

Delivery takes a maximum of 4-5 working days, and often arrives sooner depending on your city. Shipping is completely free — there are no delivery charges anywhere in Pakistan.

Absolutely. Visit us at CT-02, Shalimar Smart City, Mall Road, Sargodha (Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM). Local customers get free tyre fitting and wheel balancing at our workshop.

Yes. For tyres bought at our Sargodha workshop, fitting and balancing are free. For shipped orders, you can have them fitted at any trusted workshop near you.

We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. If you visit our Sargodha workshop, you can also pay in cash at the branch.

For online orders, payment is made by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. We confirm the payment details with you and arrange your order for dispatch - with free delivery in a maximum of 4-5 working days.

Yes - two layers. Every tyre carries the manufacturer's own warranty against manufacturing defects, and WheelzUp adds a full-replacement assurance: if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed within 15,000 km or 6 months of purchase (whichever comes first), we replace the tyre in full, free of charge.

Covered: genuine manufacturing defects such as sidewall bulge/swelling, tread or belt separation, exposed wires, or early abnormal cracking. Not covered: road damage (punctures, cuts, impact), wrong air pressure or poor maintenance, fitting/repairs done by another shop, accidents or misuse, and normal tread wear. Yes. You can return a new, unused, unfitted tyre within 14 days of delivery (original condition, labels on). If the return is our mistake, we cover return delivery; for a change of mind, you cover it. No restocking fee.

Please tell us within 24-48 hours of delivery and send photos on WhatsApp. You choose a free replacement or a full refund including delivery — it's our responsibility, so we cover all costs.

Once we receive and check your returned tyre, refunds are sent within 3-5 working days by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa (or cash at our workshop).

Message us on WhatsApp (0330-0070930) with your order number and clear photos of the tyre and the issue. We inspect and give you a decision within 3-5 working days. For manufacturer claims, final timing can depend on the brand.

Yes. WheelzUp sells only 100% original, officially imported tyres — never counterfeit or grey-market stock. It's the trust our name has been built on since 1980.

All our tyres are recent, fresh stock. Every tyre carries a manufacturing date embossed on the sidewall, which you can check yourself — and we're happy to show it to you.

For imported tyres, we can provide the relevant Bill of Entry / import documentation with your purchase, where applicable. This gives you added transparency about how the tyre was imported and helps you tell properly documented, officially imported stock apart from undocumented stock.

We're a full 360° auto-care hub in Sargodha: wheel alignment & balancing, tyre fitting, nitrogen filling, oil change & filters, brake service, suspension, mechanical & electrical work, car wash/detailing, and spare parts.
