Two layers of protection:

• Manufacturer's warranty — each brand's official warranty against manufacturing defects applies as per that manufacturer. We help you make the claim.
• WheelzUp full-replacement assurance — on top of that, if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed within 15,000 km or 6 months of purchase, whichever comes first, we replace the tyre in full, free of charge. There is no partial credit or deduction.

Covered manufacturing defects include:

• Sidewall bulge or swelling (not caused by impact)
• Tread or steel-belt separation
• Exposed wires or structural failure
• Early abnormal cracking or deformation

If we fitted or balanced your tyre and a mistake on our side caused a problem, we'll fix it free. We stand behind our own workshop.

All WheelzUp tyres are recent, fresh stock. We only sell freshly-manufactured, in-date tyres — never old, expired, or grey-market stock. This is part of our 100% original guarantee.

For imported tyres, we can provide the relevant Bill of Entry / import documentation with your purchase, where applicable. This gives you added transparency about how the tyre was imported and helps you tell properly documented, officially imported stock apart from undocumented stock.

• Road damage — punctures, cuts, or impact from nails, potholes, kerbs and similar.
• Wrong air pressure or poor maintenance — under/over-inflation, no rotation or alignment, general neglect.
• Damage from fitting or repairs done by another shop.
• Accidents, misuse, overloading, or racing.
• Normal tread wear over time — tyres naturally wear out with use.
• A tyre that has been punctured or repaired elsewhere, which can void the manufacturer's warranty.

If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed within 15,000 km or 6 months of purchase (whichever comes first), you get a complete, free replacement tyre — not a partial refund or reduced credit. We only ask that the defect is verified as a genuine manufacturing fault first.

• Your WheelzUp invoice/receipt or order number.
• Clear photos of the tyre and the problem.

• We inspect and give you a decision within 3–5 working days. For claims handled through the manufacturer, final timing can depend on the brand.
