Wheel balancing in Sargodha.
A vibration through the steering wheel at higher speeds usually means a wheel is out of balance. We spin each wheel on a computerised balancer and add small weights exactly where they are needed.
Signs you need it
- Steering wheel shakes at motorway speeds
- Vibration through the seat or floor
- Scalloped or patchy tyre wear
- You've just fitted new tyres or had a puncture repaired
- A wheel weight has fallen off
How often? Balance your wheels with every new tyre, after a puncture repair, and whenever a vibration appears. It is free for tyres bought at our Sargodha workshop.
I went for my car's engine tuning and wheel balancing and I was completely satisfied with their work. Their rates are very reasonable.
What we do
- 01
Wheels off
Each wheel is removed and old weights and stones are cleaned off.
- 02
Spin test
The balancer spins the wheel and measures exactly where it is heavy or light.
- 03
Weights fitted
We fit the right weights to the rim, then spin again to confirm zero.
- 04
Refit to spec
Wheels go back on and the nuts are tightened to the correct torque.
